Step 1 – ADHD Screening / Initial Consultation
Purpose:
Initial discussion of symptoms, screening for ADHD, and review of relevant medical and mental health history to determine whether a full diagnostic assessment is appropriate.
Duration: 20 minutes
Step 2 – Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Assessment
Purpose:
A detailed clinical assessment including diagnostic interview, review of developmental history, functional impact, and screening for other possible conditions.
Duration: 60 minutes
Step 3 – Diagnosis Review & Treatment Planning
Purpose:
Discussion of assessment findings, confirmation of diagnosis where appropriate, and development of a personalised treatment plan. This may include medication initiation if clinically indicated.
