PenCS have announced the winners of the 2024 PenCS Awards, recognising outstanding contributions to data-driven quality improvement in General Practice and Aboriginal Member Services through the use of health informatics.
Winners are selected based on their exceptional achievements in leveraging evidence-based insights to enhance patient care. General practices and Aboriginal Member Services from across Australia submitted entries or were nominated for their impactful initiatives.

This award recognises outstanding achievement in leveraging data to enhance patient care, improve clinic outcomes, and driven innovation within healthcare practices.
We achieved amazing results, in many aspects of our healthcare, including increasing health assessments and care planning for those at risk- with the assistance of the Pencs tool. We continue to actively promote quality improvement with early detection and intervention initiatives by using data to improve our patient’s health and wellbeing.
