Hearing Tests & Audiology

Australian HearingReynella Medical Centre has partnered with Australian Hearing to provide FREE hearing checks for our patients.

Australian Hearing was established by the Australian Government in 1947 and is the nation’s leading hearing specialist and largest provider of Government funded hearing services.

Hearing loss can be acquired as part of the normal ageing process and through illness, accident, exposure to noise and certain drugs and chemicals. Around 60 per cent of Australians over 60 years of age suffer from hearing loss. Early detection and rehabilitation of hearing loss will prevent degeneration of the hearing nerve and help maintain speech clarity.

Hearing tests are available on Wednesdays. Book your free hearing check with Reception.
